Using the Header Search feature, customers can search emails in the eDataSource database by:
- From Title
- Sender Domain
- MTA
- SPAM Flag
From Title
From Titles exist in every email, and EDS Analyst makes it possible to search by From Title. Customers can also see the From Title displayed in search results, making it easier to identify who sent a particular email.
Sender Domain
Clients can narrow down an email search to a particular set of clients and a particular sending domain.
MTA
EDS Analyst™ users can now search by a Mail Transfer Agent (MTA). An MTA is the name of the mailer server a company uses to deliver its email.
SPAM Flag
By unchecking the SPAM flag, users can filter out emails that eDataSource has identified as SPAM.
