Hugh Cullman

Before founding ITJ Ventures, Hugh was a Principal at Greenhill SAVP, a Managing Director of Spencer Trask, and a Vice President of Deutsche Bank. At Deutsche Bank, he was frequently responsible for purchase decisions regarding new technology, and the testing of custom software such as the Private Bank's first internet service. Hugh is a graduate of Stanford University and the Harvard Business School.
Sarah Fay
A recognized industry visionary, Fay was previously CEO of Aegis Media North America, which she joined in 1998. During her tenure at Aegis, she spearheaded the creation of Carat Interactive, which she built into one of the top full service marketing agencies. It has since merged with Carat's traditional unit, another market first. During her tenure at Aegis, in 2003, Sarah was named CEO of Isobar U.S., part of the world's largest full-service digital marketing network. In 2007, she became CEO of Carat U.S., and in 2008, CEO of Aegis Media North America. An industry thought leader, Sarah initiated several ground breaking studies including "Born to Be Wired" (2003) and "Never Ending Friending" (2007). Partner, TWJ Capital LLCMr. Jones is a partner at TWJ Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm specializing in early and expansion stage new ventures. Prior to joining TWJ Capital in 2006, he was a Principal at the Carlyle Group, which he joined in 1999. Prior to Carlyle, he was an associate in the Technology Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co, based in San Francisco and Menlo Park from 1997 to 1999. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) from Harvard University. Prior to business school, Mr. Jones served for four years as a communications officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Gene Levy
President, Castleton Consulting AssociatesMr. Levy is currently the President of Castleton Consulting Associates, a firm that provides strategic and tactical consulting to Fortune 100 companies as well as technology and market due diligence for the private equity community. Prior to Castleton he was a partner with Apax Partners Inc., a private equity firm with over $16B under management. While at Apax he directed technology due diligence efforts for Apax's Telecom and Technology sectors. Mr. Levy has held a variety of technical and management roles with various technology firms including Bell Telephone Laboratories and GTE Information Systems. He was a founder and principal of two software consulting firms: Programming Methods Inc. and Lambda Technology. Mr. Levy earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson College and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Cullin Wible
Senior Associate, Boston MeridianCullin Wible is a Senior Associate at Boston Meridian and has spent the last 13 years as a serial entrepreneur and executive starting and managing rapid-growth high-tech startups. He has a broad range of experience ranging from software development and systems engineering to sales, marketing, operations, corporate strategy and finance. Prior to joining Boston Meridian, Cullin co-founded Email Data Source. Cullin also founded Algorim Technologies, a software development company that leveraged the strategic use of open source software to enable the rapid development of commercial software products; was the CTO of Vendquest, Inc., a geographically distributed real-time inventory location system for the automotive industry; and a Product Manager for Comet Systems, where he managed the design and development of the first contextual advertising platforms ever built.
