Mr. Nicholas has extensive experience managing growth companies in the online advertising and advertising technology industries.

Previous to joining Email Data Source's executive team, Carter founded TripConnect, a travel oriented social network, where he was Founder and CEO.

Prior to TripConnect, Nicholas held executive positions at CheckM8, DoubleClick and Adone Classified Network.

At CheckM8 Nicholas was responsible for leading the company's entrance into the US market, and at DoubleClick he managed the P&L and business operations in Southern Europe, Canada and Latin America, growing revenues from $3 to $18 million over a three year period.

Bill McCloskey, Chairman,

Mr. McCloskey is among the more influential thought leaders in the field of interactive marketing.

He was named one of online advertising's 50 most influential people by Media Magazine in 2004 and one of the 100 people to know by B2B Magazine in 2003.
Since 2003, Mr. McCloskey has authored a weekly column called The Email Insider that is read by more than 40,000 marketers worldwide. He frequently speaks at major trade conferences around the world and is jurist for some of the top email campaign and creative awards at these and other events.

Prior to Email Data Source, Mr. McCloskey founded and ran Emerging Interest, the leading evaluator of online advertising technologies for advertising agencies and marketers as well as The Rich Media SIG, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating agencies and marketers on emerging marketing technologies.

As Director of Business Development at Comet Systems, Mr. McCloskey led the team that developed the business model and relationships around their contextual advertising products. He ran the online advertising division of InterVu and was technology evangelist for Silicon Graphics where he forged relationships between Cosmo Software, a division of SGI, and companies such as AOL.

More recently, Mr. McCloskey created The One Hundred Club, a private, invitation-only email discussion group consisting of the most influential and important C-Level interactive marketers, publishers, analysts and technology vendors. The Success of the One Hundred Club enabled him to create a similar group called the Inbox Insiders, which was specifically designed for email marketers.

Both of these organizations maintain lengthy waiting lists for applicants.

Mr. Brookins has been successfully managing development groups as CTO for the past 10 years. Most recently, Mr. Brookins headed up the Internet strategy and development of key web applications for MessageLabs, a 120M managed security provider.

Previously, Mr. Brookins ran his own technology company, Beachead Technologies and launched a number of award winning websites such as Spectrum.IEEE.org, GOP.gov for the Republican Leadership and IBM's Linux Portal.

Before founding Beachead, Mr. Brookins served as CTO of CKS NY where he supervised the development of large-scale web development projects for clients such as Audi, Grainger, IBM, Nabisco, Career Builders, Polo and others.

As an early Internet pioneer Mr. Brookins made news in '97 when under his technical direction, Microsoft and Broadway Video (creators of Saturday Night Live and Conan O'Brien) produced the first real-time live comedy show on the Internet.

The project received critical acclaim by the media including Variety, CNN, and MSNBC. MSNBC said, "...it was a masterful way of presenting live, entertaining content, in real time, to users in a 28.8 medium."

Mr. Brookins began his career by co-founding Frame By Frame Corp. a computer animation company for litigating attorneys. Soon after, he joined DMB&B where be built their first digital production lab for multinational clients. For Mars he built an advertising management system that allowed creative directors to view thousands of commercials shot in 17 countries across 15 brands.
